Also, it is challenging to prepare reports for the decision-making process. An online recruitment management system is proposed to resolve these problems. This system aims to develop an online recruitment management system to complete hiring processes more effectively and efficiently. In this report, there will be an introduction to the online recruitment management system and its development process. Besides, there will be a review of the existing system taken from the literature review. This proposed system focuses on features that can record, upload, update and retrieve applicants’ information and filter applicants with a specific requirement. The Waterfall Model of SDLC is used in developing the proposed system because it is simple to manage and ideal for smaller projects. Furthermore, this system uses an open-source platform to provide an efficient output. To provide a low-cost, efficient solution for Kanzen Arena, the system is designed using PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database management system, Bootstrap as the interface design platform, and Apache web server as the server environment. Finally, the system may be run on any platform and web browser with a solid Internet connection.
