Using a quantitative approach and simple random sampling, 159 university students from the Mukah district were selected to participate in this study. The instruments that are used in this research are the Resilience Scale for Adolescents (READ), Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-Short Form (TEIQue-SF) and The Global Motivation Scale (GMS) to measure the variables for this research. Cronbach Alpha (α) value for READ, TEIQue-SF and GMS are .90, .84 and .82, respectively. The data obtained for this study were analyzed by using IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 23 for descriptive and inferential analysis. Frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for descriptive analysis, while correlation and multiple regression were used for inferential analysis. Results show that there is a highly significant correlation between Motivation with Resilience (r = .75, p <.001), whereas the correlation coefficient r = .26 (p <.001) shows a weak and positive correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Motivation. This study is very significant for parents, lecturers, counsellors, and university administrators to help students adjust to their university life and function properly to achieve their life goals. 2022 Proceeding PeerReviewed text en http://ir.unimas.my/id/eprint/41121/1/Relationships%20of.pdf Izyan, Masli and Amalia, Madihie (2022) Relationships of Resilience and Emotional Intelligence on Students’ Motivation.
