Computer science As we know, voting system for Persatuan Teknologi Maklumat (PERTEKMA) is not yet develops in Faculty of Computer Sciences and Information Technology (FCSIT). The election of PER TEKMA is performed using manual system. So, the electronic voting system must he developed to replace the manual system. Besides that, the purpose of developing the project is to solve and handle the problems face by the manual system. The proposed system will reduce time, cost and paper usage during election process. PER TEKMA Voting System is a mobile web system which develops from the existing open source technologies. The programming languages used in developing this system are PHP, CSS, HTML5, MySQL, JavaScript and JQuery. This system was developed as a voting management system which provides voting service to FCSIT students via mobile web. Scrum methodology has been used as a development method to complete this project. The. / nctional testing, usability testing and portability testing is carried out during the testing phase to measured the quality of software characteristics. The achievements, limitations and future works regarding the system also have been discussed for later enhancement.
