The main purpose of the project is to develop a Human Resource Managrment System for the Pusat Internet I Malaysia in order to facilitate their daily operation tasks. Pusat Internet I Malaysia has several sites in Malaysia which all the employees from every site will he knit together. Different modules can he fnind in human resource management svstem, such as employee self-service, manage payroll, tracking training, view on claim history, track the absenteeism, and so forth.
