| Summary: | This FCSIT E-Procurement System is developed to reduce the workload of the personnel involved in the direct purchase procurement process by allowing the workflow of the processes to be done automatically. It enables the different users to login to the system and perform their cask effectively. In addirion, this system allows the faculty account staff to reach the vendor il1 on easier way. At the end of the system, rhe system con generate the Purchase Order and send to the vendor directly. This makes the whole procurement easier and significantly reduces administrarion cost as most ofthe paper works are handled by the system. |
