Each of the filing system has different structure and logic, properties of speed, security and also flexibility. Here, we describe a suitable filing system to solve the problem that been encounter by FCSIT Admin (Level 3) staff with their current manual filing system. The developments of this propose filing system will help FCSIT Admin (Level 3) staff by solve their current problem. The development of the propose system include of three phase which are system development, database development and lastly user interface development.
