The goals of this research have been fully accomplished by the empirical results. The Pearson correlation analysis, Kendall’s tau-b correlation, and Spearman’s rho correlation were utilized in this study in order to determine the association between individual’s primary income and psychological well-being. All findings showed that the null hypothesis should be rejected and statistically significant. Besides, in order to examine the impact of individual’s earning ability on psychological well-being, the group statistics and independent samples t-test were used in this study. The findings showed that an independent t-test found this pattern to be significant, t (166.233) = -2.169, p < 0.05. Lastly, in order to investigate the relationship between income, household poverty and psychological well-being, the Pearson correlation analysis with various variables, model summary, ANOVA, standardized and unstandardized coefficients, regression standardized residual histogram, normal P-P plot of regression standardized residual, and Shapiro-Wilk test of normality were used in this research.
