| Summary: | To address the limitations of current practice, a system which is called Decision Support System
for Program Bantuan Rumah(PBR) are proposed. Within this system, the whole processes
including record management of the application and decision making will be more simplified and
manageable effectively. The most critical part are involving filtering and choosing the applicants
who are really eligible and shortlisted to receive funds or budgets of the scheme. The target user
for this system is the officer who are particularly assigned to handle PBR in district or
division office and other agencies involved in PBR. Several criteria that set forth by the district or
division office including the occupants in each house, monthly income in each house, and
condition of the house are quantified and as a result the shortlisted applicants will be listed and
the reports are generated. All of the shortlisted applicants will be further deliberated in Focus
Group meeting and the final decisions are made by the Focus Group itself. In other words, the
system will only help in shortlisting whoever eligible for the scheme but the decision making is
solely made by the Focus Group. |
