Catering has been around for a long and these days catering are done to provide food to people, from school canteens to grand wedding functions. The caterers have to go through tedious processes to make sure that their work is done perfectly and to ensure that this is done, it all starts with the ordering process FBJ Services is one of the companies that have been doing the ordering process manually, and mobile catering application would greatly help their business. With the emergence of smartphones, many applications have been developed to cater to different businesses. The norm for the ordering process among caterers is done manually and now more and more have adopted the automation process. The objective of this project is to design and develop-one such application that would automate this process for FBJ Services. The research of the requirement to develop the application has been done and similar applications have been reviewed. The prototype of this application have been successfully designed and developed according to the design principles of developing a mobile application for caterers. Testing on different scenarios has been conducted to test for usability and surveys have been conducted to gather feedback of the developed prototype. Several recommendations are also suggested for future works at the end of the documentation.
