Floods problem often occur in Kuala Lipis town which has indirectly affected to the locals. Therefore, this study was conducted to look into the problems faced by residents around Kuala Lipis town due to floods that hit them each year. As a result of these problems, it can be said that there are problems and issues that need to be taken promptly to reduce and eliminate this problem from continuing in the future. This can indirectly help to increase productivity as well as to the public to achieve the objective at a maximum level. Focus on the damage factors and the barriers of residents in Kuala Lipis town district during the flood. This is important because every damage that occurs will cause a high cost to repair and take a long time to return to the original condition. The damage will result in the daily activities of the local residents and will be forced to find other alternatives to accommodate their lives. It is important to achieve the second objective which focuses on the residents strategy when floods occur. This involves the needs of the local as well as safeguarding the right of welfare to every public in order to obtain a good and systematic outcome as a result of the strategy to prevent the same problems in the future.
