Constructive alignment starts with the notion that the learner constructs his or her own learning through relevant learning activities. The lecturer's job is to create learning environments that support the learning activities appropriate to achieve the desired learning outcomes. The key is that all components in the teaching system the learning activities and its outcomes, the teaching methods used, the assessment task conducted are aligned to each other. All are tuned to learning activities addressed in the desired learning outcomes. The learner finds it difficult to escape without learning appropriately. Thus, proposed database system must fulfill the entire requirement stated to achieve the teaching and learning activities in collaboration of teaching and learning taxonomy.
