Brass band (Tambo) is one of the teams that carry out in the Angkatan Tentera Malaysia(ATM). Kem Semanggo II Rejimen Angkatan Melayu Di Raja located in Kuching, Sarawak is one of the camps theat resposible in training their personnel to increase their skills and information to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently. The objective of this study is to identify management techniques and training exercises that were conducted in Kem Semanggo II RAMD. Finally is to analyze the relevant data related in management training inside the brass band. The final results show variety of training was carry out in effort to improve personnel skills. From the analysis that was carried out showed that each band member has met the required performance standards.
