| Summary: | Nowadays, everyone is busy with works and personal’s activity and move around the places. Having a
transportation makes the person move as fast as possible in their daily life. As for university students who came from different state to University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), most of them rarely have personal transportation. Organization such as church are very welcoming students to join their church and having fellowship with each other therefore free fetching services are provided to them. In this project, Kota Samarahan Methodist Church (SMC) is selected as target organization, member refer to the students who are normally request for fetching from the church and the organizer and the driver is the person in charges of providing fetching schedule and driving van to pick up the member. In the process of fetching, there are some problem face by the member, such as waiting time is too long, fetching schedule delay by driver, and communication between driver and member are bad. Therefore, this project is about to propose a system to solve these issue and all information are in one point that can be accessed by different types of user in SMC to improve the fetching service. |
