| Summary: | It is every university responsibility to provide a hostel for their student to stay during their studies. The hostel accommodation privilege mostly goes to the first-year student where every first-year student was required to stay inside the campus during their first-year study.
Unfortunately, the number of hostels provided does not able to accommodate the whole student from every year thus the university not able to provide their students a hostel throughout their whole studies. Thus, they need other option for the student who were unable to get the hostel. The other option left was finding a house or a room rent as their accommodation throughout their next
semester. The main reason of this project is to help student to find a house rent more efficient where it focused on UNIMAS students only. Student Room for Rent Finder is a web-based system using a RAD method for UNIMAS student to find and list out house or room for rent. The webbased system is most convenient to be applied as it able to be browse in another device also. This project able to give benefit to UNIMAS student to help them ease their pressure and problem finding a room or house rent during their study. |
