Registration is one of the crucial parts in managing an organization. This project is to focus on Sarakup Indu Dayak Sarawak (SIDS) organization on their membership registration and management. Since this organization has more than two thousand members, it is important to have an efficient and systematic managing system. The current method that they are currently used has cause difficulties such as time consuming and redundancy of data. The proposed solution of this problems is to develop membership registration and management system for SIDS. It is a web-based managing system that enable user to handle the member registration and managing membership records in much systematic way. Waterfall Model methodology is used as a guideline to develop this proposed solution. Apart from that, the scope of this proposed system will only include one branch which is the Kuching branch and another limitation of the proposed system is it do not include online payments for their membership fee and due to that this system also will not include auto renewal membership.
