Summary:Having an organised information system is essential for a company to improve the efficiency of their operation. Without a proper information system, a company can loss huge sum of profit due to unable to retrieve and searching important document on time. By having a proper information system, a company can run more effectively as some part of the original workflow are systematise digitally. The significances the proposed system is the integrated of different user roles into one integrated customer information system which enable the workflow to run more effectively. The proposed system is equipped with proper database which makes retrieval of important document less time consuming and reduce in number of data redundancy.
