Summary: | The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, public service motivation, human capital, and leadership that affect the SME performance in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in the year 2016. The questionnaire will distribute to employees who are work in SME Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There are 250 sets data had distributed. The dependent variable in this study is organizational performance and the independent variables in this study are of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, public service motivation, human capital, and leadership. Smart PLS 2 has been used to analyze the data in this study. After analyze the data, of job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, public service motivation, human capital, and leadership will affect the performance of an organization. Loading and cross loading, convergent validity, reliability test, t-value and discriminate validity are applied in this study |
