The sampling session was then conducted for four days which are from 10th 14th of April 2015. The sampling session used 10 mist nets for each site and were set up along the trails in the secondary forest and in the oil palm plantation with a total effort of 480 neting hours for each sites. A total of 88 individuals from three species of bats had been captured throughout the samplings period. Cynopterus brachyotis recorded as the most abundance species with 58 individuals (65.9%) and followed by Penthetor lucasi with 18 individuals (20.5%). The Estimate S software was used to calculate the statistics of bats' diversity by using Shannon Index, Simpson Index and Zar t-test.
