This study was conducted to explore the psychosocial aspects of children with parental divorce on (1) self-concept, (2) social support system and (3) children's self-confidence through the art therapy approach. This study uses qualitative method and the design of this study is a case study using interview method through Structured Group Counseling Session. The sampling method was aimed to obtain (6) six girls whose parents were divorced, 12 years old and attending an elementary school in Kuching, Sarawak. Three types of drawings were used to answer the research questions. Overall, this study found that children with positive self-concept and adequate social support will feel confident in facing the next stage of their lives. This study needs to be expanded in the future so that counselors, parents, teachers and the public can gain a better understanding on this issue.
