Summary:This study illustrates the analysis on the impact of the selected human resources practices on employee job satisfaction in banking sector located in Kuching. The dependent variable is job satisfaction while the independent variables are a number of human capital development, employee involvement, work-life balance and bonus compensation. The states selected to be investigated is Kuching, Sarawak. This research utilizes the Pearson’ correlation, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The findings show that all the selected human resources practices is significant related to job satisfaction especially work-life balance show most positive and significant relationship and impact toward job satisfaction. This research suggests that management level shall implement the human capital development, employee involvement, work-life balance and bonus compensation in human resource management to boost employee job satisfaction. Thus, work-life balance shall be emphasize in the employee working in banking sector.
