Summary:The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between flexible work arrangements and work-life balance in private organisation. Data were gathered from 120 employees from organization in Klang Valley. Quantitative research methodology is used in this research and the data were collected using questionnaires as the instrument. The data were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics were reported, followed by reliability analysis and Pearson correlation were used to test for the hypotheses. The findings have shown that there is strong relationship between each variable such as flexible working hours, flexible working schedules and flexible workplace of flexible work arrangements and work-life balance in private organization. The study contributes to the existing pool of knowledge to the private organisations’ employees in Malaysia. It has enhanced both the organisation and human resource practitioners’ knowledge and understanding on how flexible work arrangements impact employees’ work-life balance in private organisation. On the other hand, the result of this study could help the organisation to improve the quality to ensure the organizations can assist in employees to achieve work-life balance.
