The study was reviewed to examine the performance of married women and unmarried women in the public sector. There are five specific research objectives and research questions in this study. This study uses qualitative research method that has been used interview data to obtain data and information from informant. In addition, this study was also conducted in a public sector in Sibu, Sarawak, which is Sibu Division Resident Office and involved four informants which is two married women and two unmarried women. After the interview session the data obtained will be analyzed using content analysis. In this study, the findings are described in chapter 4 which is five specific objectives and research questions. Next, the researcher has provided some implications and suggestions related to the research topic that can be used and referred by the next researcher.
