Summary:This research describes the strategies in attracting tourists to visit Kuching Waterfront which also includes a case study on the adaptation of Korean street performance management. Street performances had began to grow widely and be part of attraction for places and streets. By conducting a qualitative analysis, this paper will be analyzing street performance as part of the strategies in attracting tourists to visit Kuching Waterfront. Few guidelines provided by the research objectives are to assist researcher to conduct this research which are to identify strategies used by Waterfront Management to promote Kuching Waterfront, to examine the method used by Waterfront Management to maintain the consistency of Street Performance and to analyze the strategies of Korean Street Performance Management which can be adapt by Waterfront to increase the number of people visiting Kuching Waterfront. Hence, the results of this study would determine the strategies and the recommendations to improve the strategies in attracting tourists to visit Kuching Waterfront.
