Almost every individual or employees' todays owned one or more MITDs which will help to accomplish task in work and non-work domain. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the usage of mobile information technology devices (MITDs) and work life balance. Collected data are from 66 employees from government linked company and private sector. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22.0 is used for data analysis. The correlation analysis was used to test the hypothesis discovered that there is significant relationship between accessibility and maintain personal relationship from the usage of MITDs and work life balance. However, the test revealed that there is no significant relationship between interruption and work life balance. Thus, the implication this study is can improve the policies of the usage of MITDs in the organization, provide awareness towards the employees on the usage of MITDs for work and non-work purposes and the organization and employees can practice a proper culture regarding the usage of MITDs.
