The objective of the study is to study the correlation between unemployment rate, inflation rate and government spending on economic growth in Malaysia. This study uses quantitative approaches to analyze data and information collected. The findings show that variables such as unemployment rate, inflation rate, government spending and economic growth have a co integration relationship with each other. In addition, government expenditure variables (GE) have short-term and long-term relationships with the variable of economic growth (GOP). The GOP and fNFLASI variables have Granger cause on economic growth in the short term after using VECM analysis. Economic policies that seek to foster the Malaysian economy should consider the current state of the economy (inflation and unemployment) and government spending as an important component ofthe country's revenue stream, ceteris paribus. The government also needs to produce effective policies such as the National Development Policy, National Vision Policy, National Industrial Policy and others in order to control the current economic situation and enhance Malaysia's economic growth.
