Dark tourism is a multi-layered mixture of history and heritage, tourism and tragedies. Malaysia has lots of dark tourism sites, but they are not internationally recognized. This research was to get identity the key motivator for tourist visit Kundasang War Memorial (KWM) and their satisfaction level towards KWM tourism products. At the same time, the researcher formulated ways for K WM to expand and sustain visitors to the memorial In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher used quantitative method which was by distributing 385 questionnaires to tourists at Kota Kinabalu and Kundasang War Memorial. The researcher found out that majority of the Malaysian are lack of awareness regarding dark tourism. The researcher had also proposed some recommendations in hope that it would help the managerial of KWM.
