artwork. Alter ego is both an individual's personality formed voluntarily and usually the individuals with alter egos lead two different lifestyles. While 2D stop motion animation is a presentation of images displayed in rapid sequence using a technique where the caricature is
photographed minimally in each sequences. From the result of experimentations and research conducted during the process of drawing and editing videos, the work entitled 'Alter Ego' is produced. This artwork presents the researcher’s own alter ego which is constructed to
accomplish what the researcher is incapable of in reality. The alter ego caricature is depicted battling the antagonist caricature which is the representation of obstacles in the researcher’s reality. |
