Apart from that, this research able to identify the family conflicts and work pressure which did not organize well can affect the work performance. There were 6 participants involved and the participants are among the female teacher that owned family in Sri Aman area and becoming research sample. The research carried out by two types of method to get the data from the respondent and there are interview and voice recording methods. Next, the data collection will be analyzed by using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) methods. The IPA methods were used to categorize the themes related to the research inquiry. The findings from this research showed that the female teachers that owned family tend to have family conflict problems and works pressure and thus affect their works performance. In addition, the finding also can identify the effect of family conflicts and works pressure with the solutions.
