This study aimed to examine the management of Thaipusam festival at the temple of Thanneermalai, Penang. Emerging trends in Indian society is less interested in managing Thaipusam festival voluntarily. In addition, the Thaipusam festival has trouble in controlling hygiene in the vicinity of the temple and safety management conducted less systematic. The emphasis of this study provided research on methods to express interest to the Indian community in the management Thaipusam and effective way to control hygiene in the vicinity of the temple as well as strategies to guide the management of safety. The researcher used qualitative and quantitative methods in this study. This study will provide a better understanding to the Indian community for managing the Thaipusam festival very strategically during the festival.
