This study is a research carried oul 10 identify the artifacts on display at the Muzium Warisan Budaya Sibu, Sarawak, In addition, studies were undertaken to examine the existing promotion strategies of Muzium Warisan Budaya, In addition, data on promotional strategies implemented by the museum w ill be analyzed, Quality services and attractive promotional strategy is a key aspect that is able to attract the visitors to visit the museum, The results indicate that promotion strategies undertaken by the Muzium Warisan Budaya is less favorable response because local communities do not receive in formation about the museum and less widely implemented to the community.
