Thejindings showed that 68.3% (56) respondents have high perception of the quality ofhealth care services and Ihatthere is no sigllijicallt relationship between the quality ofhealth care services witlr teamwork (r =0.075. p = 0.501). commitment (r =-0.060. p = 0.594) and knowledge and skills (r =0.308. p = 0.005). However the jltldings showed tlratthere is sigllijicant relatiollslrip between quality ofhealth care services with care and empathy (r = 0.308. p = 0.005). Based on the findings. it is recommended that healthcare organizatioll to conduct more training sessions with all it employees to enSlire that tIle services rendered to the public is of high quality.
