Summary:Generally, the purpose of this research is to identify the employees' perception towards 'Quality Control Circle' (QCC) and the factors that influenced their perception. This research took place at National Protbu:tivily Corporation (NPC) Sarawak Region. The questionnaire was used to gain employees' IWpOfISe regarding the QCC activity. The respondents for this research consisted of 45 employees from ..,.dijfermJ organizations such as Sarawak Economic Development Centre (SEDC), 'Lembaga Tabung Haj; KJu:hing' and Kuching Waterboard. Specifically, this research aims to identify the employees' lllective demographic characteristic, their perception level towards QCC activities and the factors that II1,/bMtIrce employees' perception regarding the QCC activities. The result ofthis research shows that the ruptllUknlS have positive perception towards QCC activities and have been actively involved in theacC activities. This research finding also shows that factors such as employees' knowledge and inWJlvemml in QCC activities had influenced their perception towards QCC activities. In adition, the dsttogrophic characteristics such as gender and the length of service in the organization do influence emp/oy«s' perception towards QCC activities whereas age characteristics and academic level do not MtIw any significont difference towards employees' perception regarding QCC activities. The result of litis research has significant implication on employees' knowledge and involvement in QCC activities, tuUJ has helped to identify the elements that influence employees' perception towards QCC activities.
