In order to determine the effectiveness of teamwork, this study focuses on the four elements in teamwork, which are communication, leadership, commitment, and mutual support. In addition, a qualitative method and case study design is used for this study. Meanwhile, the data of this study is collected by using the open-ended questionnaire. Then, all ofthe findings are analysed and supported by the theories and past fmdings that are related to this study.
