Summary:Women in the low socioeconomic status (SES) and the healthcare is explored further by examining the existence of health care issues among these women and by studying the differences of resources Ihal has a possibility in influencing the lives of these women particularly in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. Specifically, researcher used the feminism theory as the theoretical framework in this study that has a correlation to the main concepts and ideas of this study. Major findings for this research arc significant numbers of these women that participated in this study are physically and mentally healthy. They do not encounter any forms of chronic diseases despite of living in the low socioeconomic status. Women in this study are aware of the significance in taking care of their health as well as the importance in having a good mental health regardless of the differences in educational levels. The major findings contradict to most of the research done in Western countries.
