In this paper, the influence of SLM parameters, such as laser power, scanning speed and hatching distance on the density of AlSi10Mg samples are investigated using one factor at a time (OFAT). Furthermore, the optimum results are used to fabricate samples for hardness, tensile strength, and impact toughness test.
