The ceramic samples were prepared by Solid-State Reaction Method. The SEM microstructure shows grain size decreased from 192.93 nm down to 167.05 nm. Tetragonal structure was found for samples 0.03% and 0.04% Mn-doped BaTiO3 while others showed pseudo-cubic structure. The Dielectric Constant measurements were executed as a function of temperature. Pure and 0.03% Mndoped ceramics showed improved dielectric constant around Curie temperature region.
