Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is a program that can analyse printed text and read the text. This car plate reader software will use the OCR to read the text from a car plate image that is capture by using a camera. Car plate reader software is design on Microsoft Visual Basic 10. It will use the Tesseract function of EmguCV to perform the OCR to the car plate image.
