As a result, a construct validity test through the factor analysis and reliability test were conducted on 36 respondents who are believed to possess the same characteristics with the main population. The result validates all the instruments for leadership style, knowledge sharing behaviour, intrapreneurship orientation and academic leaders’ performance.
