Recently, attention is given to the natural antimicrobial and their relationship with health benefits of consumers. Antimicrobial activity of certain substance to delay the microbial growth or to cause microbial death. Conservation of foods and perishable goods are normally done by using traditional way such as by refrigeration method. In order to prolong the refrigerated time, additive such as antioxidant and antimicrobial from synthetic origin are added to the food products.
