This dissertation presents the step of how to calculate the mathematical equation that is not difficult on the spreadsheet or EXCELL. It is can design a graph that shows the air flow for certain material. Spreadsheet can easily been use because it use a simple command. Spreadsheet also is the famous software in the engineering fields. It can calculate faster and accurately. As a result, it can save time. This dissertation also focuses on the equation to calculate the heat transfer in some certain material, for example chip-cooling. Simulation test has been done in solid work to show the air flow in and out from the certain material. Experiment to choose the suitable equation also has been done.
