The data collected from 83 respondents was tested and analyzed by using Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of Pearson Correlation Analysis showed that there is a significant effect of stress due to the load of work among employees. This result was also proved by Multiple Regression Analysis whereby value of Load of work with Beta = 0.326 and value of ‘p’ = 0.013 (p<0.05). Thus, the outcome of the survey has suggested that the organization must take certain actions and be firmed and committed to balance the business sustainability and employee needs for the improvement and betterment of the organization. Additionally, the management should provide an appropriate training to their employees in line with the development of modern technology in order to enhance their skills. 2014-10-17T07:09:19Z 2014-10-17T07:09:19Z 2009-12-01 Article p.227-232 http://dspace.unimap.edu.my:80/xmlui/handle/123456789/37441 en Proceeding of the National Symposium on Advancements in Ergonomics and Safety (ERGOSYM2009); Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP)
