A 50 W PV panel is used to generate electricity through sun light and powering-up an HHO generator to produce HHO gas. The installation of supplementing the HHO gas into the combustion chamber of four stroke engine is to boost the fuel mixture into complete burning and produces cleaner emission and hence observing the overall engine's fuel consumption. The produced gas is injected into the engine through the air-intake of a 1000cc Daihatsu Charade and a 1500cc Proton Saga cars. Three tests were conducted to observe the fuel consumptions as comparison on each car.
