In dealing with the daily work, stress is something that people must face. Stress as the pattern of emotional and physiological reactions occurring in response to demands from within or outside organizations. Stress can create negative and positive effects. The positive stress or eutress is the moderate stress that can stimulate and increase body’s activities and mind to give relaxation and pleasure. However, when stress increases, reached a high level it can be negative or dytress, it occurs when employees not able to manage these stress in the right way.
