This paper presents the CBM determination that takes into account the reliability assessment of interconnected system. This paper also presents a new approach of Pareto based evolutionary programming (EP) technique that used to perform simultaneous determination of CBM for all areas. Subsequently, the ATC is determined by considering the firm and non-firm transfers of CBM. The modified IEEE 24-bus Reliability Test System is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method for CBM determination. 2013-07-08T04:05:19Z 2013-07-08T04:05:19Z 2012-06-06 Working Paper p. 475-479 978-146730661-4 http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=6230911 http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/26515 en Proceedings of the International Power Engineering and Optimization Conference (PEOCO 2012) Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)
