Lee Gold nanoparticles Stability Uniform Monodispersed Poly (Ethylene Glycol) (PEG) Link to publisher's homepage at http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/ This paper reports a study on the effect of the Poly (Ethylene Glycol) (PEG) on the stability and uniformity of the colloidal gold nanoparticles. Sodium Borohydride (NaBH4) and Trisodium Citrate (Na3C6H5O7) were utilized as the reducing agents to produce gold nanoparticles in this paper. Comparison of the two reducing agents has showed the Na3C6H5O7 produces more stable gold nanoparticles solution.
