This paper presents an overview of all processes involved in human motion analysis using computer vision-namely experimental protocol, data acquisition, data analysis and modeling. The posture adopted by the body during lifting task is thought to have a profound impact on low back. Otherwise, alteration of muscle pattern and biomechanical loads may show significant effects on human posture.
