For these nano biosensors to reach their potential without any disturbing limitations, they must be integrated with appropriate fluid delivery system, which are usually based on nano/microfluidics. In this review we provided a summary of the developments in microfluidic chip with focus on fluidics structure design simulation, and fabrication of (microchannels, micromixer, microvalves and micropumps) in Poly (methythelsilocone) (PDMS)-as polymer materials.
