Appearing by three layers and having layer three surface copper re-shaped on a microwave laminate. It was by varying the middle air gap spacing's height covering layer two regions. At the same time, this conditions will permit copper at layer three to be electrically and magnetically fed via a smaller circular copper sheet (fed via coaxial cable and varied its x-y position at layer one) in between layer one and layer three (ground plane).
