Most equations for calculating the optimal machining processes with the changes in operating modes consider the change of machining mode by using the minimum cost These equations do not reflect changes in the productivity rate due to the changes in the failure of cutters with the change in operating mode. In manufacturing areas, it is necessary to have mathematical dependency of the productivity rate of machine tools on the function of change in machining modes. In some cases of marketing environments, the maximum productivity rate is more preferable than the minimum cost of the machining process. The present paper has discovered a new analytical dependency of the productivity rate for automatic machine tools that includes the changes in the failure of cutters with the change in operating modes. 2012-03-19T05:25:53Z 2012-03-19T05:25:53Z 2011 Article Australian Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences, 5(11), 2011, p. 543-548 1991-8178 http://www.insipub.com/ajbas/2011/November-2011/543-548.pdf http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/18314 en INSInet Publication
