Wind energy has often been touted as one of the most reliable sources of renewable energy that should be used for people. Today wind energy produces less than one percent of total energy used worldwide mainly by propeller type wind turbines. Practically a standard three-blade propellers efficiency of use of the wind energy is around twenty percents due to design and shape one that use the wind lift force and rotate turbine. Also, these turbine are quite expensive due to complex aerodynamically shape of propellers that made from composite materials. The new world boom for wind turbines obliged inventors to create new wind turbine designs that have high efficiency and better then known designs. This paper proposes new patented invention of the vane wind turbine, which uses more effectively the wind energy and depends from acting area of the vanes only. The vane wind turbine designed to increase the output of a wind turbine that uses kinetic energy of the wind. It can be used worldwide due to its high efficiency, simple construction and simple technology and can be made from cheap materials.
